Tooltip Setting
How to change how much tooltips say and how they appear, under "Reading help" in Display settings.
The tooltip settings control how much information appears when you interact with planets and aspects on the chart, and how it appears.
Reading level
Choose how much detail tooltips show: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Off. It starts on Beginner. The table of what each level shows is on the Readings page.
Display method
When the reading level is not Off, you can choose how tooltips appear.
Hover
The tooltip appears when you move the mouse cursor over a planet or aspect. It works best on desktop.
Click
The tooltip appears as a bottom sheet when you click or tap an element. It suits mobile devices and tablets.
How to change
- Open Display settings with the gear on a chart screen, Home, or Ephemeris
- On the Calc & tables tab, under Reading help, choose Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Off for the Reading Level
- If you didn’t choose Off, choose Hover or Click for the Display Method
