Yes. The basic charts (Single Wheel, Triple Wheel (三重円) and Synastry) stay free on the Hoshiyomi plan, for as long as you use it.
Do I need to know astrology?
No. The app explains each symbol as you come to it, so you learn as you read.
Does HOSHIDOU predict the future?
No. It lays the sky you were born under alongside the sky now, and gives you material for making your own choices.
