- Prices
- Subscriptions (Hoshidou app): Hoshigatari, ¥550 per month or ¥5,500 per year; Hoshimichibiki, ¥1,650 per month or ¥16,500 per year. A free plan (Hoshiyomi) is also available. Reports (one-time purchases): The Manual to Your Real Self, ¥2,000; The Two of You, ¥1,360; The Year Ahead, ¥1,440; The Manual to Your Money, ¥1,600; made-to-order reports from ¥80 per chapter. All prices include Japanese consumption tax.
- During the Beta
- While the beta period runs, all plans and reports are provided free of charge and no payments are collected. The prices above take effect after the beta ends.
- Additional Fees
- Consumption tax is included in all prices. Internet connection charges for using the service are borne by the customer.
- Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express).
- Payment Timing
- Subscriptions are charged at sign-up and renew automatically at the chosen interval (monthly or yearly). Reports are charged when the purchase is completed.
- Delivery
- Subscriptions become available immediately after payment. Report generation starts immediately after payment and usually finishes within a few minutes. The report text is generated by AI from the birth data you enter.
- Returns and Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are given. Because reports are digital products, they cannot be refunded once generation has started. If generation fails, we regenerate the report; if it still cannot be delivered, we issue a refund. If the report you receive differs from what we described before purchase, we remake it free of charge; if it still cannot be put right, we issue a refund.
- Gifts
- Reports can be sent as gifts. The recipient needs a free Hoshidou account to receive one. The gift link is valid for one year from issue. If it is not claimed within that period, the payment cannot be refunded. For questions about gifts, contact support@hoshidou.com.
