How to subscribe to a plan, manage or cancel your subscription, and how pricing works.

Hoshidou uses a payment processor for secure payments. You can manage your subscription entirely within the app.

Annual billing

The paid plans — Hoshigatari and Hoshimichibiki — offer an annual billing option. Annual is priced at ten months of the monthly rate, saving you about two months. It’s the best option if you plan to use HOSHIDOU long-term. You can switch to annual billing from Settings - Plan tab. Note that during the beta, both monthly and annual plans are free.

Subscribing to a plan

  1. Tap the account icon in the top-right corner of the app, then open Settings
  2. Go to the Plan tab
  3. Tap Subscribe on the plan you want
  4. Enter your payment details on the checkout page

Your new plan features are available immediately after subscribing.

Managing or canceling your subscription

Subscription changes and cancellations are handled from the billing management page.

  1. In the app, go to Settings - Plan tab
  2. Tap Manage Subscription
  3. Change or cancel your plan from the page that opens

After canceling, you keep access to your current plan’s features until the end of the billing period.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans anytime? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.

What payment methods are accepted? Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX).

Are prices tax-inclusive? Yes, all displayed prices include tax.
