HOSHIDOU ships with sensible defaults. Once you settle into your reading style, adjust the calculation and display preferences to match.
House system
Choose between Placidus, Koch, Equal, Whole Sign, and four others.
Zodiac system
Switch between tropical (the Western default) and sidereal.
Calculation presets
Three presets — Modern, Traditional, Evolutionary — for one-shot setup.
Planets and aspects
Per-body and per-aspect display + orb controls.
Theme
Light / dark mode toggle.
Chart color theme
Color choices for elements drawn on the wheel.
Language
Switch the app's display language (Japanese / English).
Tooltip setting
Show or hide the hover-over reading guide.
