Account Settings

How to update your profile, change your password, manage your subscription, and view purchase history.

The Account page lets you manage everything related to your HOSHIDOU account. You can reach it by clicking your profile icon in the navigation and selecting Account, or by navigating directly to the account page from the sidebar.

The page is organized into three tabs: General, Subscription, and Purchases.

General Tab

Updating Your Display Name

Your display name is how your name appears within the app.

  1. Go to Account and make sure you are on the General tab
  2. Click the Display Name field and type your new name
  3. Click Save
Your email address cannot be changed after registration.

Changing Your Password

  1. On the General tab, scroll down to the Change Password section
  2. Enter your Current Password
  3. Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field
  5. Click Save

If you have forgotten your current password, log out and use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it by email.

Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All birth data, snapshots, and report history will be erased.

  1. On the General tab, scroll down to the Danger Zone section
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Enter your password in the confirmation dialog to confirm
  4. Click Delete to proceed
If you are on a paid plan, cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Subscription Tab

The Subscription tab shows your current plan and lets you upgrade, downgrade, or manage billing.

  • Current plan - your active plan name and status (active, canceling, past due)
  • Plan comparison - a side-by-side comparison of all plans with features and pricing
  • Upgrade / Downgrade - click any plan to start a checkout flow
  • Manage billing - opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel

Purchases Tab

The Purchases tab shows your AI Report Ticket purchase history.

Tickets are consumed oldest-first (FIFO) when you generate a report. For more on how report tickets work, see AI Reading Reports.
