1. Service Description

HOSHIDOU ("the Service") is a web application for calculating and displaying Western astrology charts. It provides natal, transit, synastry, and composite chart generation, as well as ephemeris viewing.

2. User Obligations

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their accounts. Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the Service
• Harassment of other users
• Excessive automated access
• Use for illegal purposes

4. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or deleted without prior notice for violations of these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from account settings.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of chart calculations. Decisions based on astrological interpretations are made at the user's own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or website before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
